Do you also supply smaller customers and importers?
Of course. We supply customers of all sizes, smaller grocers, kiosk operators and much more, but also large supermarket chains. Our range allows you to choose products from different manufacturers, which we combine on pallets. This is particularly beneficial for importers of smaller partial quantities. So if you need very different product quantities from many different brands, that's no problem for the German Food Corner.
Why are the prices not public?
As a wholesaler, we address tradespeople - worldwide. It is therefore necessary for you to register and we will verify your data before you can access the prices. A sale to end users is not possible. The unlocked prices are single product prices that are displayed in a volume scale. You can order one or more products from various manufacturers from us. We are service-oriented, appreciate personal contact and are always happy to make you a non-binding offer. For large quantities, you can also state your own price expectations when sending your selection.
I registered but still don't see any prices?
We first need your business registration via email, then we will activate your account. If you have already sent this and everything is approved: Please refresh your browser window. The browser is probably showing you an outdated view. The cache has saved this view to allow faster re-accession of the products. Refreshing (CTRL + F5) or clicking the icon at the top of your browser window will load the new view.
I can't find a product my customers like in the shop. Can you help me?
Thanks to our experience and good network, we can also procure products that are not currently in the shop range. We endeavor to adapt our offer to the wishes of our (and your) customers. We're always happy to help if it's possible.
What delivery time should I expect?
Products that you see in our shop are available. Send us your desired order. We check the availability of the quantities, as well as your wishes under comments (e.g. price request for large quantities) and coordinate the final order with you within 48 hours. The goods are usually ready for collection within 5-12 days from our warehouse in Tornesch / Hamburg. If we are to deliver, the type of delivery naturally plays a decisive role, whether by truck, ship or plane, within Germany, the EU or to third countries. Based on our experience, however, we can make estimates of the approximate delivery time to be expected. Seasonal goods, for example, can be ordered much earlier and we will then deliver at the actual start of the season.
Is collection possible or can I organize the transport myself?
Very much. After confirmation, the goods are usually ready for collection within 5-12 days from our warehouse in Tornesch / Hamburg.
Are there examples of delivery costs?
We determine the costs for you individually. Since too many factors influence this, examples are too imprecise. Of course, we can make an estimate in advance if we know how much has to be transported and where.
What are the minimum and maximum quantities I can order?
We're completely open to that. The delivery costs and the combination on one pallet should of course be worthwhile for you. If the availability of large quantities of a product is limited, we will be happy to try to find a solution or alternatives.
What about the expiry date of the goods for food?
Unless otherwise stated, the products have a shelf life of at least 6 months.
Which countries do you export to?
In principle, we export worldwide, but of course we are obliged to comply with the legal situation in Germany. When exporting to third countries, we naturally comply with the German export regulations.
Who takes care of customs?
For an export that we organize, we also take care of customs..
